Brnopas City Card, rated 4 across 3 traveller reviews.
The Brnopas City Card is Brno's official tourist pass, sold by the Tourist Information Center and collected at the Old Town Hall. Instead of buying separate tickets around the city, you carry one card that opens free entry to a long list of attractions and reduces the price at many others. The whole system is built around the city's mainstream sights rather than a guided route.
Free entry covers the Old Town Hall Tower, the Ossuary at St. James' Church, one sightseeing tour of your choice at Špilberk Castle, the Cathedral of St. Peter and Paul Tower, the Diocesan Museum, the cellar under the New Town Hall, Brno Zoo, Arnold Villa, several pools and the Kohoutovice Aquapark. It also reaches beyond the city with free admission to the Alfons Mucha: The Slav Epic exhibition in Moravský Krumlov. Discounts apply at the Labyrinth under the Vegetable Market, the Denis Shelter, the St. James' Church tower, Löw-Beer Villa, Villa Stiassni, the Brno House of Arts, the Moravian Gallery and the Papilonia Butterfly House, among others.
The 3-day version adds a free boat cruise on the Brno Reservoir, running during the boating season from April to October. As the listing puts it, the card works whether you are visiting for a day or a long weekend. Public transport is not part of the package, so factor that separately.
This is a self-guided pass rather than a tour, so planning falls to you. A few practical points help it pay off.
Common issues. The main complaint in reviews is coverage: one reviewer found the pass included fewer activities than expected, noting that Špilberk Castle sells its sections separately and the card covers only one tour of your choice, with some advertised attractions requiring extra payment as discounted rather than free entries. The operator responds that the card is designed around sights beyond the castle too, such as the Ossuary, the Old Town Hall and the zoo. Public transport is not included, and the reservoir cruise is limited to the boating season from April to October with the 3-day card only.
At the Tourist Information Center in the Old Town Hall. Pickup is not included with this product; you collect it in person.

Only with the 3-day City Card, and only during the boating season from April to October. Outside that window the cruise is not available through the pass.
No. Public transport is excluded, so tram and bus fares are paid separately.
It depends on how many paying sights you plan to visit. One reviewer felt it was poor value for their trip, while another praised the range of options it opened across a five-day stay. Checking the free and discounted lists against your own plans is the safest way to judge.
Yes. You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund, and the listing also offers a reserve-now, pay-later option.
